Over the years KSB has established strong linkages and relationships with institutional and private investors, both locally and internationally. As a result, many companies have approached KSB to be either the lead-sponsoring broker or co-sponsoring broker in their efforts to raise or place equity capital.

KSB was a sponsoring broker for Old Mutual's demutualisation process. This and other successes have resulted in KSB being regarded as a preferred broker by both local and foreign investors.

The company caters for both institutional and individual investors and it provides information on the equities market to KFHL’s clientele. 

KSB produces sought after research and insights into the stock market, and its activities, including generating a daily morning market note, a weekly equity market report, research notes on all listed company announcements, as well as quarterly market commentaries and earnings forecasts for dissemination to top customers.

KSB, in addition to having critical linkages with key institutional investors, has the largest individual client base of all registered member firms in Zimbabwe.
