Privatisation and Commercialisations

Corporate Banking is playing a significant role in the Government of Zimbabwe's efforts to achieve the twin objectives of weaning off parastatal for the benefit of the fiscus, whilst at the same time ensuring that the exercise is carried out in a manner which is consistent with the Government's expenditure funding objectives and the realisation of a fair value for the assets being sold. In this respect, the division has the know how to act as advisor to the Government or parastatals being sold or to the group of people seeking to acquire the asset being disposed of.
