Kingdom Financial Holdings Limited (KFHL) is an investment holding company listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) with interests concentrated in the financial services sector.  The group offers a diversified range of financial services through commercial banking, stock broking, asset management and micro lending.

Kingdom owns 100% of Kingdom Bank Limited, Kingdom Asset Management (Private) Limited, Kingdom Stockbrokers (Private) Limited, and MicroKing Finance and Savings Company (Private) Limited. In the region, KFHL has operations in Botswana and Malawi. Kingdom has also signed a technical management contact with Fortuna Bank of Cameroon and has an option to acquire 40% equity in the bank.

In the medium to longer-term, Kingdom plans to list on the Pan Africa Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and eventually on Wall Street.
